Brad found his love for teaching the game during his senior year of high school in Birmingham, Alabama. Brad took his love for the game as well as teaching and graduated from the Professional Golf Management program at New Mexico State University and is currently a Class-A Member of the PGA of America.

Brad has taught at some of the elite facilities in the United States including the TPC at Sawgrass, the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, the TPC at the Woodlands as well as the Woodlands Country Club. While teaching at these facilities, Brad was able to learn and develop his teaching philosophy from such golf instructors as Hank Johnson, Fred Griffin, Dr. Ralph Mann and Don Massengale.

Although Brad’s teaching philosophy is based on bio-mechanics and science, he communicates his principles in an easy to understand manner and therefore he has been successful with all levels of players including professionals, skilled amateurs, beginning amateurs and juniors.

While at the Woodlands Country Club, Brad took charge of the Junior Golf Program and was responsible for doubling the size of the camps in just a few short years. From these camps came the players that would allow The Woodlands High School to win multiple High School State Championships in Texas. In 2005, Brad was awarded the South Texas Section Junior Golf Leader Award for the Eastern Chapter.
